We are dedicated to providing a safe space for you to experience your yoga. White Peacock Yoga classes typically feature: asanas (poses), music, pranayama (breath work), and meditation. Our aim is to balance the glandular system, strengthen the nervous system, and quiet the mind, empowering you to thrive in your daily life.
Everyone is welcome! We share teachings rather than spirituality, and you are not required to be in perfect physical shape or believe in anything. The ancient teachings of yoga, combined with therapeutic physical movements, are designed to bring you peace—mentally, emotionally, and physically. By approaching yoga with openness and curiosity, you can change your life!

This Signature Class is focused on Conscious Alignment, anatomy and mindful movement. Find your edges with slower movements, challenging your mind, body + spirit. Breathe in. Breathe out. You choose: As basic or as challenging as you need. All levels.
Nourish Your Heart in this unique experience that will rejuvenate your body + lift your spirit through a physical yoga practice fusing Hatha Vinyasa yoga with the attributes of bhakti yoga: Mantra + Chanting, Steeped in Devotion, LOVE + Humility. Great for Athletes!! Strengthen, Stretch + Rehabilitate your body through yoga postures and breathing techniques. Alignment + Support focus. Great for anyone recovering from an injury or experiencing a specific limitation in their body. Therapeutic yoga emphasizes the function and understanding of the spine’s range of motion (ROM). Gain more ROM and find easier mobility in the spine, shoulders, hips, and extremities. Appropriate for all levels.
Sacred sounds of Tibetan Bowls, Crystal Bowls, handpan and harmonium will Relax + Melt you into a healing puddle of Bliss.
All levels class focus on postures and breath to work on strength, flexibility and balance. Clear alignment, beginners will safely learn the basics while more experienced students can take postures to a deeper level.
A creative candle lit vinyasa flow sequence to open up your body then end class on the floor in restorative poses to calm the mind.
Looking to manage stress or simply feel more relaxed? We begin with pure restorative yoga which fully supports the body with bolsters, blankets and other props. Feel yourself progress deeper into a blissful state as we integrate guided mindfulness meditation and a sprinkling of contemplation. In this class you will come home to yourself, which is a feel good way to end the weekend, increase focus and start the week refreshed and renewed!
