Travel back in time to where the ancient yogis first practiced yoga. We will dive into all Eight limbs of yoga, study with yoga masters, adventure into the wild culture of India, Dip in Gangama, cleanse our mind, body + spirits and come alive!

Rishikesh is a mystical village that sits at the base of Himalayas, on the Ganges River. From taking classes with yoga masters, attending sacred ceremonies, witnessing the power of humanitarian at Ramana’s Garden, you’ll always hold a special place in your heart for this trip.

Rishi means “sage” in Sanskrit, and our days will be filled with deepening our wisdom and love for humanity—through morning yoga, visits to Ashrams and daily outings and adventures.

Audrey is an incurable optimist. Chris is the absolute realist. They weave together a meadly of yoga classes, trainings and retreats to make yoga accessible to all. They inspire others to share their unique talents and gifts so that they live life filled with passion and purpose. As the founders of White Peacock Yoga, they share the teachings of traditional yoga practices in a relevant, modern way reminding anyone that enters their classes that they were born wise and they were born whole, we just came here to serve and remember!
