Join Julia Sparkman, M.A., E-RYT for an evening dedicated to Modern Mindfulness – the practice of being mindful in our overly-connected, disconnected world.
The practice begins with ‘dropping in’ – a grounded yoga practice and intuitive meditation. Then, Julia guides you through a series of questions that help you uncover your highest Self. To conclude, you’ll have space to set three mindful intentions: one for your mind, one for your body, and one for your soul.
