It’s hard to believe the year is almost over. Where does the time go? Before we know it, we’ll be shouting the countdown to a New Year. January 1 marks the beginning of the year while millions of people rush to begin again by setting resolutions that soon dissipate into thin air.
I’ve got a new plan for you.
Life is cyclical – the seasons are proof of this. So instead of hard starts and stops, let’s ever evolve into the beings we’re meant to be. If you want to see change, you must do the change – be the change – in this moment. Right now.
I strongly believe (and know) that the way you end your year is how you begin the new one. In the midst of parties and seasonal stressors, make the tail end of this year about discovery, good health and wellness. That way, when the clock strikes midnight, you are already living the life you want. And the only resolution you need to make is the one to stay true to who you already are.
Autumn symbolizes the perfect time to get grounded. Just as we reap the harvest, it’s time to dig in to your own life and start the work.
How uncomfortable are you willing to get in order to change your state?
Write it down.
Explore your path.
When a fresh calendar is hung, your purpose will already be defined. What do you want next year? DREAM BIG. Why not start now?
