Come in with anything you got. Everything from your week…stress, intensity, anxiety or just feeling like you need to decompress…AND you will FLOAT on Out after class in to your Evening and ready to enjoy your weekend fully!
Yoga + Meditation :: Shift the way you see yourself and others! Class will start with Uplifting Dharma Dialogue + Discussion then 50 min of Hatha yoga postures (deep stretch + release) + 25 min guided Meditation based on our Dharma Discussion. You will be more relaxed then having a glass of wine, create a Shift in your heart + mind, and start your weekend off with a deeper connection to your inner self awareness.
